Planning Officer

• Execute production planning/raw material procurement planning to meet defined targets
• Coordinate with relevant departments, including Production/Purchasing/Warehouse, to plan production
• Analyze, solve problems, and develop work systems for the production planning department

Main Responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly factory production plans in accordance with customer requirements
2. Plan raw material procurement in accordance with customer requirements
3. Issue production plans in the ERP system / distribute work to supervisors in various departments
4. Summarize daily production totals and update information in the ERP system
5. Prepare the Loading Plan schedule
6. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Diploma or higher in Engineering, Science, or related fields Male/Female, aged 25 years and above 3-5 years of experience related to production planning or material planning Responsible, detail-oriented, and possesses coordination skills Software: Microsoft Office, ERP, basic understanding of English Able to perform production planning very well Proficiency in Chinese will be specially considered
