Your tasks

Plan FF&E requirements, orders, deliveries and warehousing Control inventory, tracking and distribution to venues Coordinate installation, daily replenishment and breakdown Manage suppliers, returns and damage/loss reporting Keep accurate records and report on stock status across all sites

Requirements

Experience in FF&E or overlay logistics on major international events Solid inventory control and supplier management skills Able to manage multiple sites and deadlines at once Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage Based in KSA (preferred) Available for the full period, October – December 2026
