Controlling Specialist, Marchtrenk, AT (Controller/in)

As a Controlling Specialist, you ensure that the management has meaningful, correct, and up-to-date information available as a basis for decision-making.

In this role, you guarantee planning and forecast certainty for the defined units and improve the visibility of future risks and threats (project risks, resource bottlenecks, etc.). In doing so, you prepare business-relevant information in a correct and understandable manner.

What you will move with us:

• Commercial support and control of international customer projects throughout the project cycle, as well as creation and further development of project budgets and forecasts
• Analysis of deviations as well as derivation and tracking of countermeasures
• Assessment of project risks and opportunities in close cooperation with project management
• Support of defined subsidiaries in commercial matters
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at the group level
• Participation in annual planning and quarterly forecasts at the group and entity levels
• Further development of controlling instruments, KPIs, and standard reports
• Ensuring uniform controlling standards and methods within the group, as well as participating in the optimization of processes and systems in international project controlling

What convinces us:

• Business administration training with a focus on Controlling & Accounting (especially IFRS) or Business Informatics
• IT affinity, especially in the area of Reporting / Business Intelligence, SAP CO & AI

• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in project controlling or plant engineering

We offer an attractive and market-compliant salary, depending on qualification and professional experience. The minimum basic gross salary according to the collective agreement based on full-time employment is 60,963 Euro per year.
