We are looking for a Key Account Manager Luxe M/F for our group Texen, based in Courbevoie (92).
What will your main activities be? Working with very prestigious clients and world leaders in the world of beauty, implement the commercial policy, develop turnover and margin on your portfolio of active clients and prospects in a continuous improvement approach to customer satisfaction.
With a permanent focus on customer satisfaction (internal/external), and in compliance with safety and environmental rules, quality standards, procedures, and internal regulations, Apply and ensure the application of QHSE rules and objectives for your scope/position
Build long-term relationships of trust with your active clients and prospects in order to achieve development and profitability objectives
Propose innovative technical and commercial solutions in line with client needs, with a permanent focus on competitiveness and social, environmental, innovation, and industrial performance
In accordance with the tender procedure, establish commercial offers based on studies conducted by the development services of the sites after having validated their relevance.
Ensure business follow-up with internal and external stakeholders during both the development phases and the steady-state production phases, in terms of customer satisfaction: deadlines, quality, competitiveness, communication...
Inform/communicate on market evolution
Contribute to the preparation of the budget by client within your scope and monitor the achievement of this budget at least on a quarterly basis
Update prices based on, among other things, raw material price evolutions
Ensure reporting to the commercial management
Your training, your skills, your background: With a Bac+4 degree, engineering school, business school, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in the sale of high-volume custom products with tender processes You demonstrate a highly developed sense of service and strong availability. You are open to regular travel (both to our factories and to clients). You speak and write English. You are autonomous with IT tools.
