We are looking for a Key Account Manager L’Oréal M/F for our Texen group, based in Paris (75).
What will be your main activities? Working with a very prestigious client and world leader in the world of beauty, implement the commercial policy, develop turnover and margin on their portfolio of active clients and prospects in a continuous improvement approach to customer satisfaction. With a permanent concern for customer satisfaction (internal/external), and in compliance with safety and environmental rules, quality standards, procedures, and internal regulations, Apply and ensure the application of QHSE rules and objectives within their scope/position.
Build long-term relationships of trust with active clients and prospects in order to achieve development and profitability objectives.
Propose innovative technical and commercial solutions in line with customer needs, with a permanent concern for competitiveness and social, environmental, innovation, and industrial performance.
In accordance with the tender procedure, establish commercial offers based on studies conducted by the development services of the sites after validating their relevance.
Ensure business follow-up with internal and external stakeholders both during the development phases and during the cruising production phases, in terms of customer satisfaction: deadlines, quality, competitiveness, communication...
Inform/communicate on market evolution.
Contribute to the preparation of the budget by client within their scope and monitor the achievement of this budget at least on a quarterly basis.
Update prices based on, among other things, raw material price evolutions.
Ensure reporting to the commercial management.
Your training, your skills, your background: With a Bac+4 degree, engineering school, business school, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in the sale of custom high-volume products with tender processes. You demonstrate a highly developed sense of service, good analytical skills, and high availability. You are open to regular travel (both to our factories and to clients). You speak and write English. You are autonomous with IT tools.
