Product Development Project Manager

Important French plastic injection company for cosmetics Objective: This is the professional who guides the entire life cycle of a new product Project. They control the phases from the initial idea to the product launch, uniting the technical team, the business vision, and the needs of the customers.

Requirements:

Ø Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position. Ø High-level Engineer, with knowledge in plastic injection, decoration, and if possible assembly & metallization, Ø Mandatory: English Ø French would be a plus Ø Ability to speak and work with customers. Ø Teamwork, with various departments. Ø Experience in international companies, with production of "sur-mesure" technical parts, high volume levels, and high aesthetic levels Ø Experience in processes with RFQ (Request for Quotation from the customer side) Ø Available to travel. Ø Continuous improvement & project management concepts. Ø Use of Excel & IT tools. Ø Potential for internal evolution.

Functions:

 Plan stages: Design the work route, delivery deadlines, and project milestones.  Coordinate teams: Unite the design, engineering, and production areas.  Define the product: Establish technical and functional characteristics according to market demands.
