What will your main activities be?

Lead assigned innovation projects and provide assistance to resolve problems encountered by the operations teams.

Identify tomorrow's concepts with marketing and the designers of the Créativ Hub and manage competitive intelligence.

Design new products with the support of engineers specialized in polymer materials, surface treatment, and decorations.

With the aim of proposing responsible and environmentally friendly products and being in alignment with the company's strategy.

Define and perform the tasks necessary for the progress of projects.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Ensure the proper management of your projects to guarantee their success.

Provide technical support to the Design team and clients to propose new products.

Define the architecture of products, distribution systems, and/or cosmetic application systems.

Design and/or have designed the products and their components.

Conduct studies, tests, and fine-tuning to demonstrate the functionality of proposals.

Define and implement the testing means necessary for project progress.

Lead and/or participate in project meetings and creativity sessions.

Write reports for internal/external tests, providing conclusions and recommendations.

Write technical files for Intellectual Property and Research Tax Credit.

Ensure technological monitoring on your subjects (Internet monitoring, publications, patents, trade fairs, etc.).

Provide technical support to the Operations teams (Development, Industrialization, and Manufacturing).

Propose / report new subjects to feed the Innovation project plan.

REQUIRED DIPLOMAS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE

Engineer or equivalent Master's degree (Bac+5), specialized in product design, mechanical engineering in industry. Capable of managing projects oriented towards plastics and eco-design.

5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position in a B2B2C or B2C environment.

KNOWLEDGE

  • English minimum level B2 (Read, write, and especially spoken)
  • Mastery of component and product and/or packaging design (preferably in plastic)
  • Mastery of CAD (ideally on SolidWorks) and eco-design principles (LCA)
