We are looking for a Plant Manager for our TEXEN CEICA industrial site, based in Brion (01460). The site employs 70 employees and is certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Mission: Through benevolent yet demanding management, be responsible for qualitative and quantitative results, the performance of production operations, and develop a strategic vision for the activity in order to improve the quality, profitability, and performance of the Site.

What will be your main activities? With a technical Engineering background (type INSA), you possess a minimum of ten years of experience in production management, in large series, with numerous launches. You have knowledge in the field of plastics and more specifically, plastic injection. Experience in the Luxury & Cosmetics field is a highly appreciated plus. Your knowledge of decoration and assembly techniques on plastic products is a definite asset. You are recognized for your ability to manage your teams through indicators and objectives, in a logic of continuous improvement and by constantly developing the employability of your collaborators. Your leadership and interpersonal skills are recognized. You know SAP and have experience implementing new manufacturing processes. You know how to work in a matrix structure with product development, sales, and support departments. You also have experience in customer relations and master audit and certification concepts. You speak English fluently. Mastery of another European language is a plus and will facilitate your evolution within the group. You are completely autonomous with office software and are interested in digital innovation.
