Your tasks

Mission Through rigorous and meticulous analysis, help the site/plant or the Group to improve its profitability and develop its performance.

Main activities With a permanent concern for customer satisfaction (internal/external), and respecting safety, environment, quality standards, procedures, and internal regulations:

1. Apply and enforce Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards and objectives within their scope of responsibility:

ü Safety standards and the Golden Rules.

ü Standards relating to environmental respect.

ü Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the work environment in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

ü Quality standards.

ü Work procedures.

ü Internal regulations.

1. Prepare and analyze the economic performance of the site/plant through the monthly evaluation of commercial, purchasing, and industrial results (variances), as well as the control of administrative expenses.

1. Participate in the definition and monitoring of action plans for performance improvement and evaluate their real impact on the profit and loss statement (P&L).

1. Guarantee the financial analysis of asset turnover, especially investments (fulfillment of commitments and budget) and inventories (depreciation, obsolescence, etc.).

1. Perform and coordinate the estimation, budgeting, and multi-year planning processes, involving all stakeholders.

1. Act as the financial interface between the Group and the site/plant.

1. Be able to explain and interpret figures.

1. Guarantee compliance with the various procedures.

1. Actively participate in the evolution and improvement of management IT tools.

Requirements

Education, qualifications, and experience required

• Master's or MBA in Finance or equivalent Bachelor's degree with 2 to 3 years of experience in auditing.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of management control.
• Knowledge of the processes and activities of the site/plant and the Group.
• Knowledge of systems and software applicable to their activity.
• Knowledge of accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Knowledge of market finance.
• Knowledge of office tools.
• Knowledge of corporate law.
• Tax knowledge.

Technical skills
