As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for an Indirect Procurement Buyer M/F on a 6-month fixed-term contract for our TEXEN group, based in Izernore (01580). It employs 1500 employees. The equipment in place offers multiple possibilities in the manufacturing of medium and large series in injection, bi-injection, and blow molding, as well as assembly and decoration. Why join us? It is primarily your mindset that we are looking for to contribute to this great adventure. What will your main activities be? Reporting to the Indirect Procurement Manager, your main missions are to: Select suppliers and negotiate contracts by globalizing needs and volumes collected from internal clients
Prepare tender documents, analyze offers, and participate in the final choice of suppliers
Be responsible for the supplier relationship specific to your purchasing portfolio
Optimize procedures, techniques, or purchasing levers to increase company performance
Ensure reporting and communication to your hierarchy and internal clients
Ensure the monitoring of contracts, performance indicators, and progress plans
You will be in charge of the following purchasing families: Transport, industrial supplies, and other indirect purchases (HSE, IT...)
This scope may evolve depending on the company's needs
Your training, skills, and background Ideally holding a Bac+4 with training in procurement (MAI, DESMA) with one or two years of experience in work-study programs. You have already managed the transport and industrial supplies family within your scope of action. Knowledge of the ERP SAP, Pack Office, and Power BI will be appreciated. Your professional English level allows you to ensure exchanges with international interlocutors. German would be a plus. You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are results-oriented, organized, and rigorous, and you have the ability to work cross-functionally, qualities expected for this position.
