Technical Writer M/F

This job offer is entrusted to France Travail by LINDUSTRIE-RECRUTE.FR. KNDS Mobility is recruiting a Technical Writer (M/F) to strengthen its Integrated Logistics Support team. You will participate in the creation and updating of user technical documentation as well as training materials, ensuring their compliance and traceability throughout the equipment life cycle, in connection with internal teams and customers.

Your main missions:

• Perform documentary activities related to the implementation of new or modified products
• Initialize, enrich, and maintain user technical documentation for products
• Ensure the monitoring and traceability of product and process evolutions via modification notes
• Maintain up-to-date reference documents necessary for monitoring evolutions
• Lead follow-up and steering meetings for modification sheets
• Plan and coordinate modification application dates with customers and suppliers
• Drive product evolutions by integrating feedback from the product, methods, projects, suppliers, and customers departments
• Provide customers with documentary units and training modules under the responsibility of KNDS Mobility in S1000D format
• Apply the contractual directives defined between customers and KNDS Mobility (SOW)
• Contribute, more broadly, to the Integrated Logistics Support missions according to the service needs

Education:

• Bac +2 minimum, with a technical or documentary specialization

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in a similar position, ideally in an industrial or Defense environment

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of ERP, databases, GPAO, and PLM environments
• Mastery of standardized technical documentation, ideally in a Defense context
• Knowledge of S1000D and S2000M standards and NATO codification is appreciated
• Ability to write in English - minimum required level B1+
• Mastery of office tools (Pack Office)
• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills
• Synthesis and analysis skills
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in an interface role
• Comfort in a multicultural environment
• Proactive in contributing to the continuous improvement of the team and practices
