Important technology company requests a Wintel Engineer to join its work team.
100% remote modality Schedule 21:00 to 05:00 hrs Rest scheme: Work one weekend and rest the following one. Project duration 3 months
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Wintel support.
- Experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022 or higher.
- Experience in closing and remediation of vulnerabilities in Windows Server, IIS, Java, among other technologies.
- Experience in hardware, opening cases and follow-up with manufacturers.
- Experience in opening and follow-up of cases with Microsoft.
- Experience in installation of fixes/updates from Microsoft using tools such as Tanium, Virtual Center/vCenter, among others.
- Management and coordination with different teams and technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow for opening and management of change controls.
- Knowledge in diagnosis, analysis and closing of vulnerabilities.
