Order Processing Specialist DACH (m/f/d) in part-time as parental leave replacement Here you are exactly right

• You are independently responsible for order entry and order release of your customer orders within the "Order-To-Cash" process, taking into account the requested delivery date and maximum product availability
• Your tasks also include complaint processing
• You ensure compliance with internal group regulations and legal requirements as well as deadlines regarding approvals and their documentation
• You work closely with Sales and Customers, Finance, Sales Logistics, Sales Planning, and Production
• You demonstrate your affinity for numbers when creating statistics and reports

This is what you bring to the table

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Initial professional experience in sales back office, ideally in international order handling
• Strong team orientation, reliability and flexibility
• Proactive problem-solving skills as well as cross-functional thinking and acting
• Proficient use of MS Office as well as ideally SAP S4
• Good written and spoken English skills
