Engineering Supervisor

Requirements

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics or related field.

Advanced English.

3 to 5 years of experience in the harness and cable assembly manufacturing industry.

2 years of experience in managing technical personnel.

Experience in plastic injection molding processes applied to assemblies and connectors.

Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), product/production line transfers.

Experience in assembly line balancing.
