Mission context:
As part of the expansion of its testing and trials activities, and more particularly in the field of aeronautics, TESTIA is looking for a technician, who will be responsible for mechanical testing and subsequently the preparation, analysis, and characterization of the materials studied at its client in Ile de France.
The position consists of performing mechanical tests.
Main missions and job objectives:
Within a team of 8 people, the objectives of your mission consist of:
Prepare, perform, and analyze mechanical and characterization tests on specimens (mainly on composite materials): Flexion Traction Peeling Machining Sample fabrication
Perform physico-chemical tests: DSC. TMA Viscosity Weighing
Process and contribute to the analysis of results, then write test and analysis reports.
Skills sought: Holder of a BAC +2/+3 - Materials characterization / analysis technician, with at least 2 years of experience in a materials characterization laboratory. Good knowledge of sample preparation, analysis, and characterization methods Materials science Testing on materials (characterization devices, measurement chain, uncertainties...). Technical English Synthesis / Report writing Knowledge of the ISO17025 quality standard environment would be a plus Dynamic, meticulous, sense of service and organization, autonomous, rigorous, versatile, and proactive, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and good writing skills.
