Missions and objectives of the position

Reporting to the company's support services, your main missions will consist of:

Steering the strategy: Taking responsibility for the global application portfolio and defining the roadmap for harmonization across all Testia entities Full lifecycle: Managing applications from their commissioning (Onboarding) to their withdrawal (Offboarding) Organization: Maintaining the global application catalog and ensuring the quality of documentation Advice and support: Collaborating with different departments to understand their needs. You help them choose software solutions that facilitate their work while remaining secure and structured. Guaranteeing support: Ensuring that users benefit from excellent technical support. You organize the processes (Levels 1, 2, and 3) to ensure the proper functioning of applications. Coordination: Being the central link between the IT department and the business managers (Application Owners). Compliance: Ensuring that all software complies with internal processes, data protection (GDPR), and IT security rules.

Profile

With a degree of Bac + 3 to Bac + 5 in Computer Science, you have a good mastery of SQL, databases, scripting, and Windows/Linux environments, and solid professional experience in managing enterprise software (type ERP), support, and application integration. Compliance: Basic understanding of GDPR and IT security standards. Fluent English is imperative. A good command of German or French would be a plus.

IT Skills:

SQL, Crystal Reports, Web Services, Linux and Windows Notions of databases and their administration Notions of web languages (e.g.: PHP, Python.) and scripts Deployment of applications on virtualized and cloud infrastructures (VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes)

Soft Skills:

Sense of service and pedagogy, good communication, open-mindedness Rigor, team spirit, listening and adaptation skills, reactive and available Capable of working in a team, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, rigorous Curiosity and desire to discover new IT tools and services
