What needs to be done

• You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a medium-sized team in control cabinet construction.
• In doing so, you never lose sight of the strategic and organizational goals (personnel, vacation planning, overtime or weekend work, further development of your team, or safety instructions).
• Furthermore, you ensure the operative day-to-day business and take care of project-related planning, organization, and the supervision of external assembly.
• Together with your team and the station and line managers, you ensure the timely and quality-compliant completion of the assembly as well as the associated commissioning of the machines & systems.
• You create work and procedural instructions, reports, and documentation, provide technical guidance to your employees, and thus support your supervisor in the strategic further development of the department.

What you should bring

• You have completed your training as an Elektroniker or Mechatroniker, as well as additionally your Techniker, Meister, or similar qualification.
• The combination of your several years of professional experience, ideally in special machine construction or automation technology, with initial leadership experience excites us.
• As a goal-oriented, cooperative leader, you shine with your ability to motivate and delegate, also in English.
• As a team player, you always communicate with your employees as well as your supervisor at eye level.
• Your profile is rounded off by your sound MS Office knowledge and your hands-on mentality.
