Software Tester
We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Analyst who will be responsible for thoroughly testing our technology solutions to ensure they meet business and technical expectations. The scope of work includes collaborating with technical and functional teams to understand detailed requirements and translate them into well‑-defined test scenarios and test cases.
The analyst will be expected to support all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and IDT, and actively participate in Defect Triage calls to drive resolution of issues. In addition, the role requires close coordination with developers, business users, test and project managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage, timely defect turnaround, and adherence to project timelines. The analyst should also maintain clear documentation, track test progress, and provide regular updates on testing status and quality metrics.

- Collaborate with Technical Lead to understand requirements and perform testing
- Communicate test data requirements and coordinate environment readiness for testing.
- Perform manual testing and initial bug triage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in testing critical applications.
- Strong experience in supporting critical application workloads on AWS Cloud.
- Hands-on, detailed and a team player exemplifying the “can-do” attitude.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills. Able to effectively communicate with technical leaders.
- Good team player with positive attitude.
