Account Manager, Occupational Health Key Accounts

What does the work of an Account Manager entail?
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for managing and developing significant national key accounts in occupational health. You lead accounts with a proactive approach, and through your work, you ensure the health of our customers and the success of organizations both now and in the future. In your role, you act as the primary contact person for designated customer organizations, lead the annual implementation of cooperation, and organize and participate in steering group and other meeting activities. You are responsible for utilizing reporting data and monitoring the achievement of mutually agreed goals and customer satisfaction. At the same time, you develop the work ability management processes of your customer companies.
The position is a full-time, permanent employment. The accounts for this role are concentrated in Pirkanmaa, therefore the possibility of working locally in the Pirkanmaa region is considered an advantage for the position. We work with a flexible hybrid work model. We work in close cooperation with the medical center and hospital network, sales, and numerous other internal and external stakeholders.

What do we hope from you?
We require from the selected applicant:
Experience in managing, developing, and solution selling demanding corporate accounts
Strong business understanding and a solution-oriented nature, manifested in an excellent ability to identify customer needs and prepare suitable solutions for them
Evidence of successful sales negotiations
Good oral and written English language skills
Additionally, we value:
a suitable higher education degree, for example from the healthcare field; a master's degree is considered an advantage experience in occupational health account manager roles
As a prerequisite for success in the job, we expect applicants to have the ability to manage large entities combined with a strategic way of thinking. An understanding of occupational health and work ability management is essential in the role. You possess good analytical skills and the ability to summarize essential matters. You also have good IT skills. Experience in using CRM systems is also considered an advantage. For customer meetings, you must have the possibility to use your own car.
