Resident Technical Officer (M&E)

Job Summary Supervise building & infrastructure works with a focus on quality and safety, applying M&E engineering expertise and adhering to project timelines and standards. Responsibilities Oversee building & infrastructure construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and resolve construction issues effectively Apply knowledge of M&E engineering principles to supervise construction quality and methods Manage shift work schedules to maintain continuous site operations and meet project deadlines Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements during construction supervision Required competencies and certifications Minimum three (3) years of experience supervising buildings works, preferably with LTA bus depot projects Diploma in the mechanical/electrical discipline with qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control Accreditation by JAC of IES/ACES as a Qualified Site Supervisor (QSS) Other Information Working location: Lorong Halus (Near Sengkang/Punggol) - Shuttle transport provided from Kovan MRT Work week: 44 hours/week Must be willing to work shifts
