We’re expanding our cultivation operations in Boonton and looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our team as Full-Time Cultivation Technicians.

About the Roles 🌾 Post-Harvest Technician | 1st Shift 6AM-3:30PM ($18.00/hr)

Post-Harvest Technicians are responsible for trimming, curing, and packaging cannabis flower and pre-rolls to prepare products for distribution. Success in this role requires efficiency, consistency, and a strong focus on quality and compliance throughout the post-harvest process.

🌿 Packaging Technician | 1st Shift 6AM-3:30PM ($17.00/hr) & 2nd Shift 3PM-11:30PM (18.50/hr)

Packaging Technicians are responsible for accurately packaging, labeling, and preparing cannabis products while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, precision, and adherence to daily production schedules in a fast-paced lab environment.
