Junior Chartist/Market Operator

Responsibilities:

Market Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitor assigned markets and maintain an up-to-date view of location, structure, direction and momentum across multiple timeframes. Market Journey Tracking: Track how each assigned market is progressing through Core Move, Swing-Back, Resumption and Transition/Reversal, and update the official view as evidence develops. Evidence-Based Recommendations: Convert analysis into clear, evidence-based trading recommendations for the trading team, stating what supports the view and what would invalidate it. Alerts & Live Response: Set and respond to price/structure alerts during assigned shifts, and update the market view promptly when material evidence changes. Scheduled Analyses: Complete all scheduled market analyses (e.g. morning/handover reviews) on time and to the expected standard. Shift Handover: Provide clear, structured handovers to the incoming operator — current state, key levels, open watch conditions, and what to expect next. Documentation: Record important market-state changes, analysis, and supporting evidence accurately and in an auditable form using approved tools. Contributing to the Official View: Participate in team reviews, defend analysis with evidence, and accept correction or challenge when the evidence supports it.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience

A minimum of a degree in a related field
