We are looking for a Functional Developer to join our team!
Your mission will be to guarantee an excellent experience in the implementation, analysis, and support of our internal and external software solutions.
Main responsibilities:
- Gather client needs for the implementation of internal and external software.
- Prepare documentation, manuals, and client workflows.
- Train end users in the use of the systems.
- Provide support to end clients regarding the use and functionalities of the software developed by the area.
- Monitor progress with clients.
- Diagnose technical problems and propose solution alternatives.
Requirements:
- Graduate or advanced student of Ingeniería en Sistemas de Información, Lic. en Sistemas Informáticos, Analista Universitario en Sistemas or related fields (not exclusive).
- Previous experience preferably of three years in similar positions (not exclusive).
- Advanced English language (conversational level).
