About Us

Terra Solutions provides call center and customer support services for clients in the UAE. We are hiring motivated Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Egypt.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed salary: EGP 15,000 per month

• KPI bonus: EGP 3,000

• Uncapped commission, paid in AED.

• Average monthly earnings

• Free transportation from: 10th of Ramadan City, Ring Road areas, Heliopolis (Masr El Gedida), Adly Mansour Station.

Working Shifts (rotational)

• Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Shift 3: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Shift 4: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Male Only)

Work Location: On-site – 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Follow up with potential customers and manage appointments
• Achieve assigned KPIs and sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Deliver excellent customer service

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to work rotational shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous call center experience is preferred
