Wholesaler Manager (M/F)

Your profile

• With higher education, you have proven experience in ADV, order management, or customer service, ideally in a distribution or wholesaler environment
• Rigorous and organized, you know how to manage several files in parallel and handle priorities
• Proficiency in IT tools and ERPs (SAGE appreciated)
• Fluent English and/or Italian, indispensable for daily communication with interlocutors based in Italy

Your mission Reporting to the Responsable Supply Chain, you are responsible for the organization and management of the wholesaler portfolio. In this role, your missions will notably include the following:

• Supervise and process customer orders (wholesalers, direct stores, destocking) received by telephone and email
• Coordinate order flows, shipments, and customer communication, especially during peak activity periods
• Guarantee the establishment and control of daily invoicing and credit notes
• Ensure delivery follow-up and intervene with carriers in case of anomalies or disputes
• Manage order adjustments and cuts in case of shortages, in direct coordination with the relevant departments in Italy
