Spare Parts Warehouse Salesperson (M/F)

Your profile

• Are you looking for a versatile position, oriented towards warehouse management, technical aspects, and customer relations? This position will allow you to be at the heart of the activity, with real autonomy in managing parts and customer requests
• Ideally, you have a Bac Pro level training in logistics or equivalent
• You are comfortable with customer relations, organized, and capable of managing multiple requests in parallel. Your sense of service, reactivity, and rigor will be your main assets
• Mastery of an ERP (notably SAP), practice of technical English, skills and/or knowledge in preventive and curative maintenance, as well as possession of the CACES R489 category 5

Your mission Within the technical team, you will take charge of the entire spare parts cycle:

• Welcome, advise, and assist customers with their parts requests
• Prepare quotes, record, and follow up on orders until invoicing
• Receive, inspect, store, and ship goods
• Prepare orders and organize transport
• Ensure stock monitoring, inventories, and replenishment
• Manage returns and any disputes related to orders
• Perform the manufacturing of hydraulic hoses according to the needs of customers and the workshop

Internal training is planned for the hydraulic hose manufacturing part.
