Industrialization Methods Engineer (M/F)

Your profile

• Education: Master's degree (Bac +5), Engineer with a focus on Mechanical, Production, or Industrialization
• Experience: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a high-constraint environment (Aeronautics, Space, Energy)
• Technical Skills: Mastery of complex blueprint reading, CAD tools
• Soft Skills: Natural leadership, writing rigor, and the ability to unite teams around ambitious project milestones. You are a versatile Engineer who can juggle between disciplines
• You have a good command of technical English (oral and written)

Your mission You will join a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and production support through the industrialization of new products/processes. You will participate in a large-scale project involving multiple developments of technological building blocks through internal and collaborative R&D studies. You will work in connection with the Production team to implement new equipment with greater capacity. You will contribute to continuous improvement by supporting production to increase performance, reduce cycle times, and improve reproducibility. Your main missions:

• Steering the production launch of a new manufacturing process by coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Supervising prototype manufacturing and ensuring a smooth transition to the qualification phase
• Industrial Qualification: Leading product and industrial qualification reviews to guarantee compliance with strict normative requirements
• Continuous Improvement: Monitoring the first series, analyzing deviations, and optimizing costs and production cycles for the financial profitability of the new process
• Process Optimization: Collaborating with the team on the optimization of HTCC processes as well as in the sector of Manufacturing and assembly of hermetic packages
