Technical Product Manager

Do you have a strong technical background and want to help determine how innovative audio solutions come to life?

For an international player within the audiovisual sector, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can translate technical ideas into concrete product concepts, clear specifications, and solutions that are ready for the market.

Your responsibilities

• Translate technical product ideas into clear specifications, functionalities, and concrete use cases
• Help shape and monitor the product definition within development projects
• Determine which functionalities are a priority and make trade-offs between scope, performance, cost, and technical feasibility
• Work closely with engineering teams to convert product concepts into concrete technical solutions
• Act as a connecting link between product development, engineering, and application engineering
• Define and validate product requirements, functional expectations, and acceptance criteria
• Substantiate and support technical choices during various phases of the development process
• Ensure that the final implementation aligns with the established product vision
• Work together with Product Operations to ensure the correct construction and validation of product data in ERP and PLM systems
• Use practical feedback and information about product performance to further improve existing solutions
• Think along about the further evolution of the product range and the possibilities to optimize products

In short: you ensure that technical ideas are translated into well-thought-out product solutions and that all involved teams work together toward the right result.

Do you recognize yourself in this?

• You possess a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, electronics or a related technical field
• You have experience in a technical role, for example within R&D, application engineering, systems engineering or product development
• You can translate complex technical information into clear, structured product requirements
• You understand how technical concepts evolve into concrete products and applications
• You are analytically strong and can weigh different technical and functional interests against each other
• You have an interest in audio, digital signal processing (DSP) or AV systems; experience within these domains is a strong asset
• You speak very good English
