About the company

The 4* Camping Le Grand Large in Camaret sur Mer (29570) has just changed owners in mid-2026 and is undergoing deep restructuring. This campsite is vast, ideally located at the exit of Camaret, and possesses significant development potential. The new owner is looking for their versatile Deputy Director who will be based in Camaret sur Mer.

Your tasks

In direct contact with the Director, you will ensure the perfect functioning of the campsite. Highly versatile, you will perform (under the supervision of the Director):

• the general management of the campsite,
• supervision of sales prices and pricing management, in liaison with our franchise and its Revenue Manager,
• management and monitoring of reservations,
• monitoring of customer payments,
• monitoring of guest arrivals and departures,
• supervision of the management of maintenance, cleaning, and snack-restaurant teams,
• as well as ancillary tasks: telephone switchboard, secretarial work, monitoring of billing, filing of customer and supplier invoices, ...

Requirements

Significant initial experience in organization and team management is required.

You are organized, have writing skills, and good interpersonal skills.

You are proficient in IT (word, excel, internet).

You are available immediately to carry out these missions.

Proficiency in English is necessary.

German and possession of a driver's license will be a plus.

Versatility, availability, and the desire to work overtime to ensure customer satisfaction (within the limits of legislation, respect for private life, and a perfect personal balance) will be assets.
