Production Group Leader/หัวหน้างานฝ่ายผลิต (Chinese/English)

Receive production assignments from the Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager and comply with the set goals. Control and monitor production to achieve targets; prepare raw materials, tools, and machinery; supervise, advise, and train subordinates. Execute work according to the P-D-C-A plan. Monitor work progress, report various problems to supervisors, and implement corrective actions. Train and develop subordinates; supervise subordinates to strictly follow the Work Instruction (WI). Ensure subordinates comply with company rules, regulations, and announcements, including punctuality. Monitor KPI progress and implement corrective measures. Improve and develop production processes for efficiency to increase Productivity under appropriate costs. Allocate manpower in accordance with the production plan. Supervise occupational safety; provide safety training to subordinates and new employees. Collaborate with the Quality department and Engineering department to prevent and resolve quality issues in the production process.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher. Able to start work immediately. Responsible for assigned duties. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Enthusiastic about work and able to work as a team. Good communication skills. Able to communicate well in English and Chinese.
