EHS Specialist (Chinese/English)

-To develop plan, implement and maintain the management system for EH&S (Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety) at work such as process, procedures, work instruction, assessment, control, and monitoring program, etc. in compliance with legal requirements, company requirements, and other international standards. To develop programed to ensure the company's compliance with safety related laws and regulations, loss prevention standards & guidelines. To manage and lead the standardization and certification for ISO 14001, ISO45001. To work cross function with all departments such as HR, Engineering, Production, Quality, Facility Management to ensure that EH&S are up to all applicable standards and laws such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and 5S. To develop the procedures, work instructions and training outline and materials and conduct training related to building awareness, compliances and requirements related to EH&S for all employees such as safety awareness, health and hygiene, waste water management, etc. -To perform risk & impact assessment (e.g., JSA, Hazard Analysis) and all complaints related to EH&S and monitor all actions to resolve the issues up to the applicable standard, laws, and regulations. To develop and produce the EH&S report system for effective planning and monitoring. To provide the EH&S programed relating to improving the quality of working environment and safety. To create and promote the various activities relating to increasing Safety and Environment awareness to organization. To be the in-house trainer for some relevant EH&S programed. To manage, coordinate and execute for the all required audits, inspections, reports, permits, documentation related to legal requirements, government. To carry out with group EH&S function, and cross functional teams for regular meeting or system audits as necessary. Support work assignments from immediate supervisor/manager. -Creating, enacting, and updating job safety programmers for employees.

Qualifications: B.Sc. OHS or B. Eng with qualified safety officer Prof. Level by MOL. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Environment, Health and Safety field in Manufacturing environment. Knowledge in legal and regulatory requirements applicable to facilities, networks, machines, equipment, and operating procedures. Good command in Chinese Skills. Good command in English will be plus. Knowledge in legal and regulatory requirements applicable to facilities, networks, machines, equipment and operating procedures. Familiar with ISO, OSHAS, and internal / external audits.
