2-month CDD - Forest Program Manager (M/F)

Teragir is a non-profit sustainable development education association recognized as being in the general interest, created in 1983. It supports educational actors, local authorities, companies, and more broadly citizens in implementing concrete approaches in favor of the ecological transition.

Within its Pôle Éducation Jeunesse, Teragir deploys several sustainable development education programs, including La Journée internationale des Forêts.

The program is evolving in 2026-2027 with a new identity "la Forêt et Nous" and new tools. This transition year is marked by several structuring projects: redesign of the website and the registration platform, evolution of communication, development of new pedagogical and training resources, partnership projects, and organization of a major national event in March 2027.

Under the responsibility of the Director of the Pôle Éducation & Jeunesse, and in the absence of the program manager, you will ensure the continuity of priority activities and the coordination of the main projects of La Forêt et Nous with the help of a chargé de mission sénior.

Your main missions will be to:

1- Ensure the operational continuity of the program

• Update the planning of activities and implement them;
• Coordinate resources (human, technical, and financial);

• Evaluate results (qualitative and quantitative);
• Monitor the budget.

2- Ensure the continuity of partnership relations and follow funding files

• Draft partnership agreements and their renewals, grant applications, activity and financial reports;
• Monitor the program's contractual commitments and deadlines;

• Prepare steering committees and partner meetings.

3- Follow the redesign of the website and the La Forêt & Nous registration platform, in close link with the program's business referents, the direction of the Pôle Éducation, and the service provider

• Ensure the monitoring of the retroplanning and deliverables, ensure deadlines are met, and identify discrepancies;
• Prepare and organize progress meetings with the service provider;

• Ensure the integration of this platform with the common tools of the Pôle Éducation & Jeunesse.

4- Support the transition of the program's identity towards La Forêt et Nous, in coordination with the communication team

• Ensure the consistency of the new identity with the program's tools and calendar;
• Contribute to the preparation of the main highlights of the 2026-2027 season.

5- Secure the program documentation

• Update management tools;
• Centralize partnership agreements and budget monitoring in shared spaces;

• Implement a tool for traceability of decisions and deadlines.

Profile sought You have successful experience in complex multi-stakeholder project management, in management, and you master budget preparation and monitoring. You have good knowledge of the challenges of sustainable development and forests.

You are organized, rigorous, autonomous, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills.

Knowledge of issues related to forests, biodiversity, outdoor education, or sustainable development education is a plus.

You master the Pack Office and are comfortable with collaborative digital tools. Experience with a CRM or project management tools would be appreciated.

You speak English (international environment).

Minimum professional experience required: 6 years.

Education level: Master 2, ideally in the fields of project management, sustainable development, education, communication, or environmental policies.
