Your tasks

What We're Researching We're running a paid study on how people navigate everyday digital interfaces. We want to understand the common friction points users experience when completing basic online activities. Your feedback directly informs how we structure future digital tools.

How It Works You will complete a set of guided questions and a few small usability tasks. During the session, you will review brief scenarios and share your honest reactions to the process. We will ask you to think aloud as you navigate through the provided examples. The entire process takes place remotely from your personal computer.
