As a Project Engineer (/Innovation Engineer) electrical engineering, you will work under the direction of a Director Operations in the Projects department. You will independently carry out the execution of projects in the energy industry. This involves project activities for the design, delivery, and testing of energy systems in accordance with the agreed planning, within the available budget, and technically in accordance with the specifications.

This company is an international supplier of Off Grid Energy Installation solutions. The branch is located in Eindhoven and focuses on the design, execution, operation, and maintenance of Off Grid Energy Installations/Systems.

Job Description

• You work in consultation with (project) management, clients, authorities, suppliers, etc. The projects are mostly specialized in English;
• You are involved in drawing the basic design in broad outlines of the electromechanical installations;
• You perform calculations, measurements, cost estimates, budgets, material specifications, etc.
• As a project engineer, you draft system documentation and functional and technical specifications. You create offers, records, reports, schedules, work descriptions, specifications, operation overviews;
• You also monitor budgets, check and analyze post-calculations;
• As a project engineer, you coordinate the projects; you attend meetings. You also provide instructions and develop new ideas;
• You travel internationally to projects all over the world to provide supervision on the execution and handling of the project in question (approx. 3-7 times per year)
• You supervise works in execution and the aftercare.
