CPO Lead

Teqniq is searching for a CPO Lead to work in the public sector.

• 28 hours per week.
• 26 week contract.
• 1-2 days in office per week.

Job Description:

We require specialist land and property support to the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Programme. This will require a dedicated resource to provide assurance, oversight and coordination of Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) workstreams, including settling outstanding compensation claims and potential references to Upper Tribunal; and support on wider land and property matters across the programme including but not limited to disposals, infrastructure leases, licenses and commissioning and clienting commercial and property advice from authority services or external consultants.

The requirement covers management and coordination of external advisers, land and property workstream assurance, reporting and governance input and risk management. This specification may vary from time to time to include additional tasks or requirements.
