#CHALLENGES AND MISSIONS

Under the responsibility of the Operations Manager, you will actively participate in the life of the depot. Your missions will be diverse. At the counter level:

  • Control and monitoring of the smooth running of tanker loadings
  • Welcoming drivers, verifying the regulatory compliance of road combinations, monitoring compliance with QHSE instructions by drivers as well as compliance in terms of quality and quantity of products to be loaded.
  • Assisting drivers in case of problems and performing first-level troubleshooting.

At the laboratory level:

  • Qualitative controls of received or shipped products
  • Reception and handling of trucks to be unloaded

At the operations level:

  • Carrying out technical, operational, or administrative operations, in application of existing procedures, and according to the directives of the Terminal Director or the Operations Manager

Contribution to the quality management system (ISO 9001):

  • Compliance with current quality procedures and instructions
  • Verification of the compliance of operations performed
  • Reporting any anomaly or non-conformity to your hierarchy
  • Filling out monitoring documents (traceability)
