Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all receiving and dispatch processes.

Maintain meticulous records of all warehouse activities, including stock levels, movements, and discrepancies, with a keen eye on accounting and finance implications.

Organize and store inventory in designated locations, optimizing space and accessibility while adhering to safety guidelines.

Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any variances, contributing to robust supply chain integrity.

Operate material handling equipment safely and proficiently, as required, to move and store goods.

Collaborate effectively with logistics, supply chain, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.

Implement and adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and quality control standards.

Experience & Expertise: A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in a warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environment.

Demonstrated proficiency as an Experienced professional in managing warehouse operations.

Essential Skills: Strong foundational knowledge in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing principles.

Expertise in Inventory Management and Stock Control techniques.

Proven capability in Shipping & Receiving processes.

Familiarity with Material Handling best practices.

A deep commitment to Safety Protocols and operational guidelines.

Excellent Data Entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.

Exceptional Attention to Detail and organizational abilities.
