What You'll Do As a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll build your own specialist market within the fast-growing technology sector. You'll: Win new business and build long-term client partnerships through proactive outbound business development/sales calls Develop relationships with technology professionals and hiring managers Source and place high-quality technology talent Manage the full end to end / 360 recruitment process - from initial sales calls, to closing the deal Become a trusted expert within your specialist market Build your own network, reputation, and personal brand From day one, you'll have real ownership, real responsibility, and direct influence over your earnings, progression, and long-term success.
