DevOps / SRE Engineer (Part-time, Remote from Egypt)

About us: TensorRail is a B2B payments company building payment infrastructure for international online businesses, with its own gateway on local payment methods in India, MENA and Africa. Small, senior, remote-first team; reliability of money flows comes first.

Your tasks

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines, including security scanning and quality gates
• Set up and tune monitoring, logging, dashboards and alerting
• Own backups, restore tests, rollback procedures and staging environments
• Write incident runbooks and respond to critical alerts
• Harden infrastructure: access control, secrets management, patching

Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering on production systems
• Hands-on CI/CD, Linux, containers and PostgreSQL operations (backups, restores, upgrades)
• Monitoring and alerting experience (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Loki or similar)
• On-call or incident experience
• Security-minded: least-privilege access, secrets handling, audit trails

Preferred

• Experience on financial, payments or high-availability systems
• GitHub Actions, Docker Compose, Nginx/TLS
• HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Fluent English

We are looking for a part-time DevOps/SRE engineer (around 20–25 hours/week, remote from Egypt) to own deployment pipelines, monitoring and operational readiness for a payments platform going live.
