Job Description: Our client is the German subsidiary of the British company Mitie Group, which is one of the world's leading providers of facility management services.

In Germany, the company operates a business model at the Munich location that includes facility management for the British Ministry of Defence and the British Armed Forces stationed in Germany.

To strengthen the team within the Mitie Group at the Munich location, we are currently looking for a Technical All-round Tradesperson.

The all-round tradesperson works as part of the German Mitie team in properties in Bavaria and is responsible for carrying out repair and maintenance work within the framework of the service contract with the British military.

You will work independently in a team of commercial and technical colleagues as well as external suppliers.

The job holder must have good organizational skills to be able to plan, coordinate, and execute work, and must be able to identify and meet performance requirements.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Execution of all necessary and preventive repair and maintenance tasks in the field of building maintenance
• Execution of winter services and light gardening and landscaping work
• General small renovation work
• Flexible working hours and locations

Personal Qualification:

• Good skills and knowledge in technical areas for performing maintenance tasks and repairs, including in the areas of heating, sanitary, and electrical engineering
• High customer orientation, good manners, and a clean way of working
• Assessment of required work, complete troubleshooting, and execution of the corresponding repair work
• Ability to work unsupervised and independently
• High sense of responsibility
• Solid knowledge of the English language
