Your Tasks
- Responsibility for ongoing financial accounting and ensuring the correct recording of all business transactions
- Preparation and creation of monthly and annual financial statements (HGB and US-GAAP)
- Processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes including invoice verification, payment transactions, and posting of incoming payments
- Preparation of VAT advance notifications and intra-community reports, as well as compilation of tax-relevant documents and close coordination with the external tax advisor
- Account reconciliation, clarification of open items, and participation in cash flow management
- Support in general day-to-day business as well as in the further development of internal processes
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as a Bilanzbuchhalter or comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of HGB accounting
- US-GAAP knowledge is desirable
- Professional experience in financial accounting or accounting
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an advantage
- Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
- Strong affinity for numbers and good analytical understanding
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Teamwork skills, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mentality
