*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be able to read and interpret schematics. This role involves working on diverse projects, from residential renovations to commercial constructions, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

*Duties*

• Assemble and construct structures using wood, metal, and other materials.
• Interpret and work from schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
• Perform maintenance person tasks including repairs and installations as needed.
• Execute caulking tasks to seal joints and seams for weatherproofing.
• Engage in concrete forming for foundations, slabs, and other structures.
• Install drywall efficiently while ensuring a smooth finish.
• Carry out cabinet installation with precision, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
• Work on roofing projects, including installation of shingles or other roofing materials.
• Install siding to enhance the aesthetics and durability of buildings.
• Build custom structures as per client specifications while maintaining safety standards.

*Experience*

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is essential.
• Familiarity with various carpentry tools and equipment.
• Experience with drywall installation, cabinet installation, roofing, siding, caulking, concrete forming, and general maintenance person tasks is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship on every project.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
