Outsystems Tech Lead

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Technical Lead to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and delivering scalable OutSystems applications. You will provide technical leadership, drive solution architecture, and remain hands-on in development while working closely with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions that meet business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead teams of low-code developers in architecting and implementing large scale OutSystems applications

Expected to be hands-on and develop key components of web and mobile applications development best practices, ensuring solution performance and user adoption

Investigate and resolve issues and perform end-to-end investigation and fixes

Be able to manage customers, hold solution discussions and communicate effectively

Understand technology areas beyond application development to propose robust solutions (e.g. hardware, network, integrating to third party software)

Job Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in application development and 3 years in technical lead role

Proficient in .NET or Java, and database modelling and SQL

Proficient in front-end web technologies like JavaScript, CSS

Experience in OutSystems Platform will be a strong advantage

Willing to pick up new technologies quickly and independently

Good team player, with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
