Your daily tasks:
- process-related quality assurance and documentation
- creation and management of inspection plans
- sampling according to VDA and AIAG
- processing of complaints using 8D and 4D methods (customers, suppliers, internal)
- quality support for production and final inspection
- supplier development
- programming of measuring machines (Zeiss, Mahr, Hommel, …)
- participation in customer and supplier audits
- provision and management of measuring instruments
What you bring to the role:
- completed vocational training in the metal processing industry
- at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance
- knowledge of common quality instruments
- knowledge of common measurement technology
- very good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- good English skills in speaking and writing
- very good communication and teamwork skills as well as process-oriented thinking and acting
- independent and conscientious way of working
- high degree of confidentiality and loyalty
