Your daily tasks:
- Preparation of spare part orders for packaging
- Creation of the packing lists and invoices required for the order via SAP 4/Hana
- Intrastat reports
- Creation of electronic export declarations (Atlas-Ausfuhr) via SAP GTS
- Monitoring and checking incoming transport and export confirmation documents
- Legalization of shipping documents at IHK, embassies / consulates
- Monitoring the receipt of export proofs
- Design, optimization, and documentation of existing shipping, customs, and export processes
- Creation of preference documents and calculations
What you bring with you:
- Successfully completed training as a Speditions-und Logistikkaufmann / -frau (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in international mechanical and plant engineering in a comparable position
- Experience in export control processes desirable
- Organizational as well as team and communication skills
- Problem-solving competence and sense of responsibility
- User knowledge in MS-Office and SAP 4/Hana + SAP GTS desirable
- English skills
