Your daily tasks:

• creation and maintenance of article master data in the ERP-System
• processing error messages, forwarding complaint notifications from QS to suppliers, coordinating deadlines, arranging replacement deliveries
• issuing reminders, notices of defects
• monitoring deadlines for complaints, order confirmations, etc., and issuing reminders if exceeded
• commissioning rework from suppliers, third-party providers
• checking order confirmations for deadlines, etc.
• triggering orders on the instruction of the Leiter operativer Einkauf

What you bring to the role:

• commercial training, preferably with a focus on purchasing and/or materials management/planning
• several years of professional experience in the commercial sector, preferably in purchasing or materials planning
• quick comprehension
• good IT skills in the area of ERP-Systeme
• good IT skills in the area of MS-Office-Paket (Excel, Word, advantageously Access), Outlook
• good English skills in speaking and writing
• technical affinity is an advantage
• knowledge in the area of Lean Management is an advantage
