Your daily tasks:

• Strategic responsibility for selected product groups
• Operational purchasing of production material and non-production material (e.g., services, machinery)
• Development and implementation of procurement and product group strategies
• Monitoring and evaluation of relevant procurement markets, technologies, and price developments
• Participation in the standardization of products, components, and supplier structures
• Communication at eye level with suppliers and internal customers

What you bring to the role:

• Completed technical or commercial degree or comparable qualification with professional experience
• Experience in using AI-supported tools to optimize purchasing and procurement processes.
• Sound knowledge of modern purchasing and procurement methods
• Experience in supplier management as well as in conducting price and contract negotiations
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications; experience with SAP is an advantage
• Independent, self-reliant, and reliable way of working
• Resilience, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
