Experience from à la carte kitchens, who thrives in a hectic kitchen environment and has a passion for the culinary profession.

Experience with seafood is an advantage

Interest in European and international cooking

Ability to work independently and in a team

Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented

Proficient in English. Scandinavian languages are an advantage, but not a requirement
