Your missions

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will lead the activity of the Automation Design Office and guarantee the technical quality of the developed solutions.

In this capacity, you will:

• Supervise, lead, and support the Automation Design Office team;
• Organize project distribution and the planning of the department's activities;

• Supervise the design and development of automated systems based on specifications;
• Validate technical choices, functional analyses, bills of materials, and programs;

• Participate in project meetings and guarantee compliance with budgets and deadlines;
• Provide technical support during the setup and commissioning phases;

• Participate in workshop testing as well as receptions and commissioning in France and internationally;
• Develop design methods and organize the department's technological monitoring;

• Promote skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Your profile

Higher education in automation, electrotechnics, or industrial engineering;

Significant experience in the design and integration of automated systems;

Expertise in industrial automation, supervision, HMI, and robotics;

Mastery of SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, FANUC, ABB, REXROTH environments;

Strong skills in technical project management;

Successful experience in team management;

Good level of technical English;

Leadership, organization, analytical skills, and decision-making ability.
