Job Description:

Your missions:

Under the authority of the Agency Director, you ensure the daily routing of goods by selecting the most appropriate modes of transport. You carry out the purchase and sale of national and/or international transport services on behalf of our clients, in compliance with transport regulations and the company's commercial objectives.

You assist clients in defining transport modalities, propose commercial solutions adapted to their needs, and negotiate the technical, pricing, and economic conditions of the services. You organize and coordinate all stages of the transport chain.

You establish, verify, and control documents related to transport and chartering contracts, and prepare the necessary elements for the invoicing of services.

You ensure the operational follow-up and global control of files, guarantee the traceability of goods, and ensure the smooth running of operations in accordance with contractual commitments, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

The profitability of your files is at the heart of your priorities, and monitoring the operating account is fully part of your mission.

With a Bac +2 or Bac +3 level education in Transport and Logistics Services, you have significant experience in a similar position and have demonstrated your ability to maintain excellent customer relations.

Possessing a commercial appetite, you enjoy negotiation, file follow-up, and searching for solutions adapted to client needs. Proficiency in English is indispensable to succeed in this position with an international dimension.

Rigorous, adaptable, and versatile, you are recognized for your motivation, ambition, and determination. You enjoy challenges and know how to be proactive in a dynamic environment.
